Not working at all, no response from Pentair
This app was working great for about 4 weeks, now it is disconnected from our pool. I have sent 2 emails to customer service & have not had an answer so maybe they will respond to the review. It is frustrating that other reviewers have mentioned the exact same problem & Pentair has no solutions for this known issue publicly available. I am logged in but disconnected from the pool. It will not connect & is asking for an IP address & Pin. My pool builder doesn’t even have an answer to this. Please help Pentair!!! Please do not tell me to email your customer support, I’ve done it twice…check the emails & respond to that.
