iAquaLink FAQ
Is iAquaLink free?
Yes, iAquaLink is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is iAquaLink legit?
⚠️ The iAquaLink app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
Well it actually works, but having to switch to web interface is a little clunky. This could have been integrated onto the app. There is also no Watch OS version unlike other pool control systems. This is a big deal, because keeping a phone dry while in the spa is a challenge. Using an Apple watch just makes so much more sense, even if the functionality on the watch is limited.
Excellent if it didn’t get hung up on “waiting to connect”
It’s frustrating when you can’t get into the program to update settings and it is stuck in a boot loop. This has obviously been a problem for many years, but IAqualink has not solved the issue, and therefore leaves it customers stressed and frustrated. Thank goodness there is 1 YouTube Video that tries to help with a solution. If this is such a common issue, why doesn’t IAqualink post its own solution on line? Other than this issue, program is good.
Wont connect
This system drops out all the time. The Apps been down for days and the manufacture won't return calls . They charged me $25,000 for the App and controlling system , and it's junk. I wished somebody from the company would come fix it , or at least return my calls. Dont buy this unless you have a good attorney
No Web view available
Simple app view. Easy to understand. But Web view by Jandy does not work reliably at all. Disappointed as we just had the system installed.
Awful interface
Idk what screenshots they’re using to promote this app and how it appears to be almost 5 stars but the interface is awful. To do anything meaningful with the app you have to connect to “web interface”, turn your device horizontal, and navigate a Windows 94 framework to create schedules, adjust pump speed, increase salt production, etc. And that’s if it actually connects. Zodiac, invest some money in your app and give your engineers proper funding to have the app match the $50k, $100k, etc. spas and pools these are being used on.
Works consistently well!
Was a great Decision to install! So much easier to prep Spa vs a series of valves in the pool house. And, my guests love the ease of doing.
Can’t log in
The app updated and now I cannot log in. Support email does not work, just spins. I tried to reset my password and never received an email. Frustrated
Intermittent & unreliable
The iAquaLink gear has a low quality WiFi chip and is consistently dropping offline rendering anything remote useless. App navigation is extremely counterintuitive, (e.g. settings must be constantly saved, etc.), initial connection & setup is brutal for first and second timers, it needs a serious UX rework.
IAquaLink
Horrible system. Ancient and outdated and rarely works. Other products are much better and are of this decade.
