Simple and functional. Minimal in required details. Plenty of metrics are available in the statistics category. No adds, no hidden/surprise subscriptions.

Great, clean app that focuses on tracking your fasting experience. It comes free and without ads or annoying subscription reminders. The only thing I couldn’t find is the option to create a weekly fasting plan as well as widget for Home Screen Update: Following creator’s suggestion, I now have widgets too. 5 stars!

this app is great! its easy to navigate and understand and it has no ads! all other apps ive used so far not only had very difficult app layouts but they were also extremely expensive for what they did! props to the creator, your app is amazing. thank you so much!

Nice and easy app to help me fulfill my goals

Very minimal but insightful and efficient in the same time tracker and fastening tool

I like the app for the ease of use and the graphics they provide. But it would be nice if it kept track your water and your calorie intake.

I have yet to delve into the details included with the app, but I am already pleased with the straightforward nature of the app. I wanted something simple and elegant for my husband and I to track our fasting. Many fasting apps are cluttered or cartoonish. We were using “Life” until it was discontinued, and this has a very similar layout, but it’s sharper. I like it a great deal. The one thing this does not have which I very much hope the developer introduces is a way to see friends’ fasting, as one could see in “Life”. It was helpful for my husband and I to monitor each other’s progress, and fun when other family members joined. That is my reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. Overall, the developer has done a wonderful job and I appreciate that I am not bombarded with advertisements while using the free version. I will probably be upgrading, to support the developer and to access the additional features with that paid version. Thank you for the superb app! I appreciate your time.
