Intermittent Fasting Tracker:

The free version includes everything you normally need; a time tracker, a weight logging system and it also provides you with information on what tracking phase your body is in currently. There are multiple presets for fasting times, but you can also set your own custom time. It counts the time you go past your goal too and has a daily ‘streak’ system. I like it a lot.

Really like the simple logo, design and options with no ads!

Everything you’d need

Not overloaded with features, ads or other bs. Has statistics, streaks, fasting zones. It’s customisable and has widgets for phone and watch that are more informative than other popular “fancy” fasting apps. What else to wish for? Just moved to it from zero app (Fasty interface looks very familiar 😉) that had annoying notifications about subscription, so my review is based on short term usage.

I was fasting according to plan, but somehow statistics shows wrong. It shows wrong eating window and fast hours. Although i was fixing on app correctly 😕

I like the app for the ease of use and the graphics they provide. But it would be nice if it kept track your water and your calorie intake.

I have yet to delve into the details included with the app, but I am already pleased with the straightforward nature of the app. I wanted something simple and elegant for my husband and I to track our fasting. Many fasting apps are cluttered or cartoonish. We were using “Life” until it was discontinued, and this has a very similar layout, but it’s sharper. I like it a great deal. The one thing this does not have which I very much hope the developer introduces is a way to see friends’ fasting, as one could see in “Life”. It was helpful for my husband and I to monitor each other’s progress, and fun when other family members joined. That is my reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. Overall, the developer has done a wonderful job and I appreciate that I am not bombarded with advertisements while using the free version. I will probably be upgrading, to support the developer and to access the additional features with that paid version. Thank you for the superb app! I appreciate your time.

Just what I needed and no subscription

I decided to get the subscription! So far, I like it, but I’m unsure about how the subscription will be in the long run, which makes me a bit hesitant. I'll observe it for now and return to provide a review later. As a reviewer, I believe in giving things the benefit of the doubt. For the moment, I'm giving it 3 stars. Once I’ve had the chance to experience the subscription for at least two months, I'll come back with a more detailed review.

Just started with Fasty but like all the functionality. It’s free and does everything you need an IF app to do!
