You could fast for as long as you want, it’s easy to use, and not a single ad. I love it so much
Great Tracker
It’s east, simple, clean.. Just What a person needs! No articles.. no subscriptions.. or plans for diet.. it’s just a tracker with streaks of fast and few information for your needs If ever this switched to be a paid app ( paid not a subscription) I would be so sure to recommend it to anyone, and pay for it myself Though if ever it’s converted to a subscription plans.. it would be a huge lost for me and other users
