...need the improvement in the usability. From time to time the app stuck and you can not do anything apart of closing it. Also the UI could be upgraded to meet the modern travel apps standards.
Chaotic, confused and inconsistent. Used for a service call. The ETA eventually said driver would be here in 8 min, then 4 min then 0 minutes. ETA stayed at 0 minutes for 20 minutes. No sign of truck. I called AAA, they told me the tech would be there in another half hour.
Why do I need to spend 5 minutes trying to connect and log in to a SOS app??
Cannot select trip name and have to type everything in all over again, after the app suggesting to “add a new part to THIS trip”
It keeps flipping between web pages and has to reload each time. Impossible to do something simple like change my email address. No clear organization.
Hey Chris - let’s discuss the app experience
This app accepts my user name and password. After that nothing happens. I’ve restarted my phone, used wifi, used cell service, nothing.
Folks just want to say thanks for supporting this app! It’s clearly an in-house effort and I know it’s a lot of work. I do have a few small quirks to report that may be easy to work out: Alerts don’t seem to be showing pictures and maps, etc as they appear in the emailed alert messages. Can we find a solution for that? The navigation buttons sometimes disappear into the gray background - any way to highlight the box with arrow? Maybe a border or just a more contrasting color? Screen padding - I think the screen padding settings are optimized for Android - on iPhone version the UI comes very close to the edges of the screen. Could probably benefit from a few mm adjustment top and bottom. Location settings seem to be configured incorrectly - it’s tracking me as if I’m using navigation, not in the background (blue pill behind clock). To make this easier it may be advisable to start with a UI “template” that’s already been established by other successful apps, etc and focus more on features and info.
Every time I log in, I have to reset my password. It’s very inconvenient and frustrating. Luckily I have never had to log in to request assistance during an emergency!
