Great tool for business travel

Very impressed with how user friendly the Assistance App is.

Useless

Takes forever to boot up. No Face ID (if someone has stolen my face them accessing this app is the least of my problems). No actual information included. Constantly sends you outside the app to the web and then times out

Useless app

App runs with interruptions, unstable, takes time to login, opens multiple pages, does not offer any value eventually.

Not working well

User hostile app! It seems to desperately want me to fill in a survey and other things. Just want the App for emergency use when I travel

Buggy app

Too many issues to just login on this app. Very poorly designed.

Very poor implementation to work in limited internet coverage areas

The application requires to be fully loaded every time and goes through some percentage of loading- however when I am in poor internet coverage area it never loads fully. It should have some cached data and use absolute minimum amount of data to warn about the various problems. It is also critical when internet coverage is affected by various natural disasters. It should have option of sending texts instead as well, when data is unavailable.

Don’t download this app. It’s very user hostile

I’m a pilot with Air Canada... the app no longer works nor can you load a newer version. NO ONE CARES. Use google instead...

Massively buggy

Hasn’t worked for me for months. Tried reinstalling, restarting, etc. Please fix.
