Very complex password threshold for an App that is used occasionally.

This App forgets your log in details and account. As a result, when you need it there is no account. If you are a corporate department considering this App, don’t bother, it will let your employees down.

A very difficult way to reset your password, the most complex I’ve ever seen, it was a very long and lengthy hassle of resetting just before a business trip was required. Be prepared !!

When I was taking a break with my family from Scotland in Colorado I had the misfortune of a severe back spasm and I was rushed to A&E and spent 2 days in hospital full of various types of pain relief. I initially spoke to Simon who told me to phone 911 as I was in so much pain which I did and the paramedics were there within two minutes with the fire service. Simon phoned me the next day, and actually give me all the details of where I was and also sent me an email for the hospital as they were asking about my insurance provider. Simon made the whole interaction and process seam so seamless and made me feel reassured about my situation. Thankyou so much for this amazing and efficient service. Under the circumstances it was a pleasure and I was extremely well looked after by the St Anthony hospital in Summit County. P.S. I think it was Simon. Thank you.

Somewhat confusing, and when I actually tried to use it (using the check-in functionality) it failed every time. It didn’t fill me with confidence that it would be helpful if actually needed in a difficult situation.

It takes a long time to check in to the app, that only works when good wifi is available. If none, I hate to think how long it would take to call for help. Once logged in, the information provided is certainly very accurate and useful.

Endless attempts at logging with repeated error messages ; get your app together and make it easy and stress free

“Something went wrong” yep it certainly did, when you can’t make a simple webpage app work.
