International SOS Assistance

Poor app, extremely difficult to login when needed. Continuously logs you out and then you need to change your password to get back in. We have raised this issue numerous timea without any resolution. I would love to see our company finding an effective alternative as the concept is great.

Sure the app could be better, but the service itself is absolutely world class. When you need it, IntlSOS is absolutely amazing. They have saved me from many less than ideal situations, across the entire globe. I travel securely knowing I have IntlSOS in my back pocket. Thanks for the world class life saving service, 24/7!

App is constantly crashing on iPhone 11!

This is supposed to be a tool, that helps you in an emergency. EMERGENCY, Karl! An emergency tool is supposed to be extremely easy to use and extremely reliable. Now look at this one. I've already spent hours just to install and configure it. Why it requires a "membership id"?! Where do I get it from?! Why does it want a separate password "with special characters" instead of using my corp account?! How can I be sure that it doesn't blow up when I'm in trouble?!

Good app, but since this update, the country data doesn't load.

Chaotic, confused and inconsistent. Used for a service call. The ETA eventually said driver would be here in 8 min, then 4 min then 0 minutes. ETA stayed at 0 minutes for 20 minutes. No sign of truck. I called AAA, they told me the tech would be there in another half hour.

Why do I need to spend 5 minutes trying to connect and log in to a SOS app??

Cannot select trip name and have to type everything in all over again, after the app suggesting to “add a new part to THIS trip”

It keeps flipping between web pages and has to reload each time. Impossible to do something simple like change my email address. No clear organization.
