تم سحب مبلغ رحلة مرتين و لم يتم حجز الرحلة و لم استطع حتى استرجاع المبلغ!

الإحتيال

دائما سائقين هذا التطبيق يتعمدون عدم انهاء الرحلة عند الوصول الى الوجهة المطلوبة مما يؤدي الى زيادة قيمة الفاتورة بشكل مبالغ فيه مع غياب الرقابة كليا، بالإضافة الى عدم امكانية التواصل مع الشركة و قيامهم بتجاهل الشكاوي الخطية، وشكرا
