The following functions are available in the IONOS Mobile App:

• Use and manage your IONOS products from your mobile device

• Edit your MyWebsite directly in the app
• Check the performance of your website with IONOS WebAnalytics (if available in your contract)
• Keep track of your invoices
• Check and update your user settings
• Protect your IONOS account with 2-Step Verification
• Answer all of your questions in the extensive IONOS Help Center.

Right from the start, you can find everything you need to know about succeeding online. In addition to tips and tricks from the IONOS world and information about your contracts, you can also view the visitor statistics of your website at any time. From the home page, you can log in directly to my IONOS or edit your MyWebsite.

MORE SECURITY THROUGH 2-STEP VERIFICATION

Activate in your IONOS account the “2-Step Verification through the IONOS Mobile App”. We will then send you a one-time notification each time you log in through the app. Simply confirm and you will be securely logged in. This is how you conveniently and effectively protect your IONOS account against cybercriminals.

Not user friendly

WORST APP EVER!!!

The Worst Support

The app works fine, but the service provided but ionos is awful. I’ve been using ionos for several years now as an agency. Their support is slow, the technical issues that arise from hosting are loads, the support says they are available 24/7 but they can actually do nothing they will tell you please hold so we can contact the “admins” which are actually available for 8 hours only. They have serious security threats and they make you buy services like “site lock” which does absolutely nothing to protect you. You will still have problems and they will say oh that’s out of the scope of what they can do. So you bought it for nothing and instead you need to hire one of their experts for 70$ per hour without seeing what he will be doing during those hours … I rarely write reviews but this time I could not ignore this. I was kept for 1 hour on the line with two agents telling me they are reaching out to security team then they came back to tell me the team is offline for the next 14 hours because it is not 8-5 their timing (so they wasted my time even though they know the team isn’t available) and this is the 12th time I contact them in this year. My experience is super bad with them I recommend you go for other providers and spare yourself the waste of time and money with them.

This company is fraud after I purchased domain and they diduct the amount from my account they locked my account and I can’t access or generate emails

Contract locked still after payment

Don’t try this , they charged me the amount , and it’s showing still payment rejected , and products locked

No feedback

My account is locked and i am trying to get information about my account and why it is locked but its been 1 week and no have responded me back and i am dissatisfied for this reason
