The following functions are available in the IONOS Mobile App:

Right from the start, you can find everything you need to know about succeeding online. In addition to tips & tricks from the IONOS world and information about your contracts, you can also view the visitor statistics of your website at any time. From the home page you can log in directly to IONOS or edit your MyWebsite.

Activate in your IONOS account the “2-Step Verification through the IONOS Mobile App”. We will then send you a one-time notification each time you log in through the app. Simply confirm and you will be securely logged in. This is how you conveniently and effectively protect your IONOS account against cybercriminals.

Completely Useless!!
Considering that Ionos is a provider of web-services the functionality of this app would be ridiculous if it wasn’t embarrassing. Navigation is awkward and unintuitive, information is confusing and incomplete and using it with multiple accounts is impossible even if you delete the app and reinstall it. Stay away from it and Ionos as a service provider altogether!

No hay ayuda al cliente donde a uno lo ayuden con este proceso y esto termina en facturas imoagas e inconvenientes para el cliente.
Very poor
Very poor service from IONOS. No help at all despite being promised. Cancellation. Of contract seems easy but then they make it awkward by saying we have to call to confirm cancellation!! I’m now looking to clear my bank details but again this is hard to do
