The following functions are available in the IONOS Mobile App:

• Check and update your user settings

Right from the start, you can find everything you need to know about succeeding online. In addition to tips and tricks from the IONOS world and information about your contracts, you can also view the visitor statistics of your website at any time. From the home page, you can log in directly to my IONOS or edit your MyWebsite.

MORE SECURITY THROUGH 2-STEP VERIFICATION

Activate in your IONOS account the “2-Step Verification through the IONOS Mobile App”. We will then send you a one-time notification each time you log in through the app. Simply confirm and you will be securely logged in. Bad app

Not so into an app that does what it wants. I sent several messages about charges not authorized .i asked them to return my money and cancel my account and here we are again after I cancel they try to take another monthly subscription payment out and never received my money back even though I canceled hours after they took it out. Not a good deal that’s for sure !

Don’t try to cancel

I’ve been trying to cancel this for the past 45 minutes. Been unable to locate anything that resembles customer support or subscription preferences.

hosting garbage

"Hosting garbage, the Apache server it has is garbage, it doesn't support Composer installation. To log in, you have to downgrade the PHP version, but I'm not sure it will work because PHP 7.4 should be included in PHP 8.2. Customer service is controlled by pure incompetents who know nothing; ask them about HTML, they don't know; ask them about PHP, they don't know. They will do everything possible to make you pay more, like removing your CDN to charge you more. It's a scam. Also, they might destroy your website's CSS, making your forms stop working, so they can charge you for virus protection. They will do everything in their power to make you pay more for your hosting contract. 000webhost offers much better services and more security for free. So if you don't want to waste your time, stay away from this garbage."

Ionos App has too many ads

Most of the time it is difficult to do what you need since the app is just a big commercial. Also btw I was not able to login to the account on my laptop bec the app would let me approve the login. I have now added an Authenticator in addition for such situations.

IONOS Support

I am a neophyte with WordPress. And while IONOS Support is concerned primarily with infrastructure, they have held my hand with everything from ensuring I was attached to the right URL, to intra-page blocks/links. IONOS Support is a model that any customer support organization should strive to achieve: Outstanding.

You Get What you Pay For

Don’t be fooled by the prices. It will be tempting to buy such services a such an affordable rate however please be aware and take into consideration that this company is the worst customer service provider that I have experienced personally or professional in all my 20 years of working on the internet. So I beseech you to please consider any other domain provider from Godaddy.com or Hostinger.com or ANY OTHER provider. Your time energy and money is better spent elsewhere.
