This app should be pulled from the app store, it’s absolutely useless. Irish Ferries should be ashamed.
Worse than useless
Absolutely rubbish app and looks like it was designed by a 2 year old. It's more frustrating than functional. Making a booking by carrier pigeon would be quicker and less hassle. Irish Ferries - LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS - the app reviews speak for themselves!!!
Irish Ferries app
Unbelievable app in the worst sense. If I could give it zero stars I would. Unable to manage booking as can’t log in. The login is covered by a banner which can’t be moved. So frustrating to use this app so deleted it altogether.
Terrible app
When you press ‘manage bookings’ it goes to a new booking. Can’t get it to work. Where do you even login?
Simply Broken..
I don’t think I’ve seen a less functional app. Embarrassing for a large company like Irish ferries that this is their offering as an application. Get with the times lads!
Unusable
Probably one of the worst apps I have come across. Especially when you consider that pretty much every transport entity now uses an app, how could Irish Ferries allow this to be released to represent themselves by. They would be better to delete the app and just use website, which works fine.
Unbelievably bad
This is without doubt, the worst app I’ve ever seen. Absolutely nothing functions properly. It needs to be redesigned from the ground up. If you’re going to charge extortionate fees for crossings, at least make the app usable.
Don’t bother!!
This app is absolutely dreadful! It’s not fit for purpose. It hasn’t been updated in years. It takes ages to load and gets stuck on the booking page. You can’t log in because the ‘back, forward arrows’ banner covers the option. It just doesn’t work and is totally pointless!! I would give it no stars but that isn’t an option!!
Crap App
Looking back at reviews a year ago it appears the same issue is there. When trying to manage a booking you get taken to the new booking page. Did anyone even test this function let alone attempt to correct it? Unforgivable error from the developers.
