There’s no way to turn off auto top up in the app, you can’t top up as you go to pay for parking. This means that you can’t run down your account balance (minimum is 10) and you’ll constantly have an auto top up going.

Can’t top up so can’t pay for parking. Shame as the app in general is nice but useless now

No tool tips when logging in- I have been trying to login and change card details, reset password and contact details for days without success. Unable to change payment details while on phone Had to call customer support to change for me.. Still unable to login Fix these issues to get 5 stars

The app is fine, and allows you to pay for parking without needing to subscribe. The only poor experience is the choice of payment providers. They don’t accept Apple Pay. The only option is the in-house Payzone provider, which is clunky, generally requires 3Dsecure each time you pay, and doesn’t even autofill card details. If the payment provider was updated, the parking tag app would be much easier to use.

Park pay relax , happy to be reminded when time is almost up.

Is it impossible to create account without automatic top up?
