Just a dreadful app. Can’t rectify payment details and payments won’t go through without giving any indication why.

I've been charged 10 euros per hour for parking when the actual value is 1 euro. This has occurred twice now. I reached out to support but haven't received any response.

Worst UI and worst app I’ve ever come across. The entire user experience is flawed. Constant errors and failed transactions. It’s laughable. Whoever makes this app, hang your head in shame. Do better! Maybe try testing your apps before publishing them? Standard practice!

Great app. So convenient.

Great to have app especially when visiting family in the hospital. Don’t have to keep putting coins in meter and worrying about having to go outside to top up. Could be cheaper!

This app is absolute rubbish. It takes money from your bank account without authorisation then you need to waste your time by contacting the customer service and they say that the only way to get your money back to your bank account is by closing the park tag account. Also charges your account and then you are still not sure if your car has been properly parked or not. No confirmation on the screen. Supposed to be so useful app but quality of the system is very poor.

Ridiculous auto top up when balance goes below €10. Unnecessary and ridiculous feature.

After using this app for the past 2 years, there are three main issues with this app that I am experiencing: 1. No reminders if used with parking receipt from parking kiosk. Some parking locations in Ireland provided “2 hours free” with receipt on the dash. When using this app, you have to manually remember to purchase the parking time manually and there is no way to accommodate the free parking time. So in my opinion this is a parking ticket bait since you will forget and get fined 40 Euros per incident. I brought this to the developer’s attention, and they saw nothing wrong with the app design since they said the rate already accommodates the 2 hours free. My calculations differ from their statement. 2. Annoying popups blocking purchased parking. Every so often, the developer updates the app with some new feature and you are notified in a popup when you run the app. However, this popup continues to appear afterwards, like when you purchase parking time and the app takes you back to the home screen in the app itself. I have to tap to Purchase History (via person icon on upper left) to ensure my our purchase actually occurred. This UI design is annoying and a time waster for me since I have to tolerate the repeated popups and perform manual verification. When you are in a hurry to catch a train, not a good “feature” to have. 3. App Home Screen. Coinciding with #2 above, when parking is purchased, the main parking notification is in the lower center and it for some reason can take a while for it to update to “Parked”. Again, the UI design shows no real difference except in words if parking was paid, and with the delay, Parking History is the best way to determine if the purchase went through. Since this app is the only app recognized by Fingal Council in Ireland, I don’t have much of a choice in parking apps for my area (unless I want to do the manual paper tickets via kiosk and they have time limits).

Have been using this app for a long time and it is invaluable.
