IRobot is not able to provide the actual location of vacuum i7/S9 nor mopping M6 and to locate the robot got stuck somewhere is challenging to find too

Can irobot app show current vacuum on map instead keep showing robot moving only as not useful..at least we know where about is the vacuum location
Software upgrade needed
I am using Samsung vacuum Jetbot and their software is detail. It show the progress of the vacuum route real-time and draw line on the map to show progress of job done… this is helpful for us to be in better control. I have used your IRobot Braava M6 mop… so far I am satisfied except the real-time status is lacking. Also the navigation technique and skill , Samsung seem better.
Does not clean where I want it to
Mapping has been done successfully and home point is updated. However, the vacuum has problem looking for the specific room I want it to clean. It even goes to the wrong room and keeps wandering around. Lighting is good as it is day time.
Noisy
Very noisy… spare parts expensive and doesn’t last long…
Old iPhone Users Disallow to Use the APP
Really don’t understand why this APP require IOS14 to install?! Those with older version of IOS/ older iPhone are disallowed to remote control the iRobot. Feel ridiculous!
First time use
Quiet and good mopping machine. But sometimes re-mop some area again and move to new area ~4m away. Overall is a good help for home appliances. Such app does not show actual pin point location in the map except the area iRobot is located. Will be useful if app can include such feature.
Waste of time and money
People have spent thousands of dollar to buy your products and you can’t even get your app working right. The latest update (7.2) just rendered the iRobot useless for the intended purpose of automation. Please fix it.
Recharging
There was a short period of time, when the recharge took a shorter time. iRobot seems to know how much "more" charge it needed to clean the house, it will go to home base to recharge just enough to finish the job. Was it my imagination? I thought the idea was terrific. But it has reverted back to it's old way, which is to be charged full, then continue with it's unfinished job, which might be just 5 minutes more.
