Good service
I have had it for 3 years now and it’s been great. I would add the option to drive it from the app when a specific spot needs to be cleaned as one of the first robots did it, but overall it’s a good product with a good app.
Strongly advise against both this app and buying a Roomba
Regarding the app - when Roomba gets stuck it creates rooms that don’t exist and there is no ability to delete rooms in the app. Often takes a long time to load and/or locate the vacuum when stuck. The vacuum itself - Roomba have stopped selling their highest end Roomba in my country, the s9+, and also apparently stopped supporting many of its consumable parts. I bought for a lot of money a couple of years ago as it was reviewed as the best for carpet on other sites. I noticed some issues recently and on inspection found the rubber wheels worn away and rollers need replacing. That was fine as they have these parts listed on the website but they aren’t available for purchase anymore. Some more googling reveals they appear to have stopped supporting this product altogether?! I got in touch with them and after about a week they referred my to some random vacuum repairer with a personal generic email address who wouldn’t respond to my emails. For the amount of brand recognition iRobot have I was pretty shocked at this and would like to make others aware and to avoid making the same mistake as it was a lot money for something that last for a year or so (we bought because of my wife’s severe allergies)

Move over 20th century, we have a robot!
It’s a great to set the robot going while we’re out and to come home and all the vacuuming and mopping is done. And all by a robot. No-one has to spend hours on these menial chore anymore.
Awful user experience!
I can’t believe I paid so much money for this! Vacuum works great but this app lets it down so much. I bought one that mops but I cant add in the proper areas for it to avoid mopping. Ridiculous!
Simple, excellent
This app continues to improve.
