Ivanti Email+ for iOS is a secure and containerized email client that allows you to easily and securely gain access to your organization's email on your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch. It synchronizes to your mobile device, email, contacts and calendar information using the ActiveSync protocol.
NOTE: Email+ requires Ivanti's Enterprise Mobility Management platform. Please consult with your organization's Mobile IT staff before downloading and using Email+.

Key Features :
Secure Email - Secured by the Ivanti AppConnect platform and provides AES-256 encryption, application level passcode, certificate based authentication and managed copy/paste functions. Based on admin control, users can receive notifications for Email and Calendar in real-time.
Work contacts - Global address lookup, mark contacts as VIPs and administrator configurable export to personal address book
Work calendar - Create/edit meetings, accept/decline invitations and highlight VIP calendar alerts
Work tasks - Create, edit, delete, view and sort tasks
Secure intranet access - Integrates with Ivanti Web@Work product to securely access intranet sites referenced in emails
Secure interoperability with AppConnect applications - Administrators can selectively allow interoperability with applications from a large number of Ivanti AppConnect partners to ensure that Email attachments can only be shared with secure applications.

No email alerts

New emails are downloaded only after opening the app. This is stupid. Please sort out email receiving functionality and alerts.

WORST. EMAIL. CLIENT. EVER.

This is by far the worst thing to happen to humanity. It’s worse than COVID-19. I wouldn’t wish such pain on my enemy. It’s disgusting that the Apps@work app has permanently taken ONE position on the iOS Home Screen without the ability to move it to the app drawer!!! What kind of sadistic people work in this organisation that they decided to pull such a disgusting stunt! Shame on you, Sir! SHAME!!

Search keyboard issue

After installing iOS 14 in the email+ I don’t see the keyboard pop up from the search menu.

Does not show emails

When I setup the app for the first time it showed me emails but after a month the app stopped showing any email at all. Tried rebooting the iPad but that did not fix it.

You rather use a pager. This app is a curse to the corporate world

This is by far the worst mobile app I’ve ever used.i It is very compliant in terms of data security etc.. coz you are never receiving or sending mails from your phone. It’s a curse to the corporate world honestly. Kills productivity and how... I’ve managed to write this review coz I am free without any mails from work. What a way to instill work life balance !. If you would like to learn how to not respond to customer feedback ! They hold a PhD! They can’t resolve a single issue! Take my advice, find something better like gmail maybe.

Features missing

Important business features like select multiple and attached in a new or on going email thread are missing. Can you please ensure to add them in the next release.

Fonts can’t be changed

The worst part of this app is you can not choose or select any font. The email recipient gets the email always in TimesNewRoman font.

Need to Improve authentication method

Everytime the app is opened it migrates to mobile iron for password authentication. If the app is killed from background fingerprint is not accepted. Push notifications not working

Silly UI / UX, miles away from business standards

It keeps opening windows in different layers to get through authentication that reminds me of 2 decades old web applications. Please, work on improving basics!!!

No real time notifications

The description talks about real time notifications. Real time notifications are not working on the app. I have to launch the app and refresh the screen to see the emails received. The notifications should pop-up on the notifications screen...!! Kindly address..!!
