Shameful app
No background refresh or live notifications of emails. Very backward app with very few utilities found in almost every other email app available. Cannot configure diary for look - no colour options, so limited in terms of accessibility.
Basic
This app I’m forced to use for work, it never enabled fingertip ID and now refuses to utilise Face ID. Proven to be multiple times more secure than a 90 day password. UX hasn’t updated in years and was appalling in 2017. This app alone makes me reconsider the company I work for. Nothing else to add.
Notifications
Notifications are not consistent.
Buggy
Despite all notifications being set properly, I get no notifications when I have email. Iys like being back in 2003 and logging into my AOL account on line manually
Not very good
I have used Good for enterprise then Blackberry email in the past and they were ok with effort on style and features while being compliant with enterprise security standards. Now we have been migrated to this and it is disappointing. After an intrusive and cumbersome installation that required me to change my phone passcode, the features on offer are very basic. For example calendar invites do not show the date and time, you need to click on the attachement and there is no "unread messages" quick filter.
The app style is not very good either and doesn't make you want to spend any time on it. Email clients are quite commoditised so would be good for this app to implement the good features out there.
Simple, fast and the best
By far the best email app and a hidden gem. Can configure only one account, so what .. it is lighting fast and simple to use
Utter TrashWare
Slow and very inconsistent, very anti user-friendly...
Restrictive and old fashioned
I had a great set up in conjunction with my Apple Watch. This came along and now I went back 10 years. Sort it fast please.
Slow and painful
This application is very basic and incredible slow. When it first loads up (even if it’s on the background) it will take a few minutes to sync. Then when sending an email nothing will happen for a couple of minutes after hitting “send”. With so many decent email applications out there it’s a shame my work make us use this!
Horrible to use
Work recently moved us onto this and less than a month later I’ve deleted it. It requires a password every time you want to go in and doesn’t use fingerprint ID.
The calendar is not user friendly at all; you can choose between seeing a day or a month at a time, no week option! All day events are bunched at the top of the screen and you have to scroll down if there are more than two to view.
On the plus side, I won’t be dealing with work emails at weekends now that I’ve deleted this app!
