Worst customer support and bad application.
I have downloaded this application. And due to some error I contacted the customer care and it was so irritating.
1. The customer service agent followed me a long page document for me to read and understand what the problem was. (I guess that’s the best thing to do as tech support)
2. Since I have background in IT so I understood it has nothing to do with my iPhone OS. When I asked about it the comment was “I suppose it’s same for iPhone”
3. After all the confusion this agent finally managed to look into more details since I was persistent. And told me due to security reasons I have to download an application outside the APPStore.
“Wow so Apple please take a note the apps on your AppStore is not secure according to pulse secure”
4. Finally she said I should contact some other number. Then I kindly asked if it’s possible to contact me back it’s been almost 12 hours and no response yet.
My advice use this application only if it’s needed.
Less transparency on application details.
They really don’t care about you.

Good app
Really easy to use app. A big improvement would be if you could connect and disconnect from the notification centre.
