Does the job, but with minor issues
It keeps reporting “connection timed out” even when the connection is fine. Apart from that, it’s a little clunky by today’s app standards, but it does the job.

Could never connect or access other web pages!!! Used different computers from different locations and even regions - same abysmal disappointment you poor result. A complete waste of time and effort!!

This is a professional app required for work. It shouldn't need ratings, and definitely not lower itself to that kind of tactic.

Constantly drops out and needs to be logged back into, can’t get through a day without it doing it

This is quite possibly the worst app out there. Connection problems have plagued this app from the word go. I am forever calling our IT Helpdesk regarding this and have just come to accept that they simply will not do anything to resolve the issue
MDM Certificate
Hello my MDM certificate is not working has not been for some time now I was able to use the VPN on iOS 11.4.1 but since updated to iOS12 and so on it has not worked. When will this get fixed as it’s not currently fit for purpose.
Works as advertised - I assume people have issues with poorly configured Pulse Secure Appliances
Not sure why this app is so poorly rated; I’ve used it without any issues. I can only assume that people that are experiencing issues have poorly configured Pulse Secure appliances at their workplace. This connects every time and allows me to use the Microsoft Remote Desktop app to RDP to my PC. No problems at all.
