This is a very nice and quite well up-to-date dictionary. Looking up words is easy and it works offline as well which is great. Would highly recommend

Best app for learning japanese vocabulary

I've been using this app for a while now, and it was probably one of my best buys on the App Store thus far. I recently used it in Japan, and it works flawlessly offline, and it is utterly great with the Kanji recognition through handwriting. I would and have recommended this app to anyone who wants to go to Japan.
