Jaybird

My nephew asked me is he could have my tarah and we're unable to connect it with his phone. Checked through the guide within the app which advised to forget the device from its existing device and I did. Now both my device and his are nowhere near connecting. No easy way to put the headset back to pairing mode. I love the quality of your products but connecting game is a nightmare.

Tried reinstalling app, etc nothing works

I've recently bought a new phone (iphoneXs) and I've been having a difficult time pairing my Run in the app. I've successfully paired it on my phone, it just won't run in the app. I hope this gets sorted out soon as I love using the app features from when I was still using my 6s.

until now there is no app dedicated for ipads... i have downloaded the iphone version of this app on my ipad instead but it looks crappy... not that im a perfectionist but this earbud is not cheap,just hoping to find an app for both ipad and iphone so i could use it for both running and biking with my ipad mini.... btw have not been able to pair it successfully with my ipad mini jaybird phone app... i guess its called jaybird run somit could only be used on smaller gadgets like an iphone

This app lets you customize and configure how your Jaybird product would sound. This is very important to bring out the best sound possible from your device. It would be better if a firmware update is included from within the app as well so it becomes more functional bec theres none
