It doesn’t stay connected at all. Keeps on crashing. It connects and next moment its disconnected. Even after many tries doesn’t work at all. I have to restart the buds and then it connects, later same process repeats. Worst app/update probably. Tech-team need to sort out this problem before users run away.
The left bud powers on bur never pairs or plays music. Only the right bud works. A bad product.
I find the app amazing and very encouraging
The earphones connects to the phone but does not connect to the app . It says “turn on your Bluetooth “ . It’s kinda frustrating. Please fix this
My Freedom x are paired with my iPhone X. I can play music. But the app is still scanning. Please fix the issue.
App just refuses to connect to my Jaybird Run, it keeps on scanning !!! God knows what it is scanning for?? I have updated the firmware and syncing issues are also solved.Also ,followed the online guide to use Control Center Bluetooth option but all in vain? What exactly am I doing wrong?
App won’t recognise or sync with My earphones after this crappy update.I don’t know what is with you people.Atleast i could select presets earlier and now you made the app so crappy that they stopped recognizing the jaybird earphones.Are you people out of your mind or what.This is the kind of testing you do before you release the update to the public.You Dumb people.....

I am really enjoying the headphones but on top of that the app is super cool aswell!! Good work JayBird !!
Hi, It’s been a Delight in using this app. Tuning eq in app exist but creating and sharing preset is one of the best feature I feel. Handy tutorial for earphones is intuitive. Finally this app actually enhances the potential of Jaybird earphones. So it’s a must have app.
