Sound quality is not too good 😔💔
Im not satisfied with sound quality.. even my Chinese brand MPOW was the best sound and bass then This JBL in less price :-

Connectivity issues while using app
The app connects and dis-connects , turns the noise cancellation on during calls , and the app also doesn’t work if you want to turn it off . Kindly fix this app full of buggs!

Quality of JBL headphones have declined from earlier versions. It’s all a marketing strategy for you to buy more after the warranty expires.

The stupid app won’t let me find my AirPods
JBL Firmware = Instant Regret. Dont buy
I’m done with this company. I swear I’m never buying from them again. My 245NCs used to be fire before that firmware update, but now they’re trash. And I’m not even the only one—tons of users had their earphones ruined too. The company still hasn’t rolled back the update or dropped a stable version. Before the upgrade, my earphones would last 2-3 hours easy, but now? Barely 10 minutes. Like, how do you ruin something that bad? Money wasted in under a year. If you’re thinking about buying JBL, don’t. Some people even had their speakers ruined too. Absolute L!!
