Hey, my JBL CLIP 4 is not connecting to the app and I can’t even add the speaker to the app through ‘Add Product’ because the JBL CLIP 4 type is not there. Please fix this.

Connection issues
Using iPhone 14 on latest iOS version. The app never pairs up with the speaker. Very rarely it would but 90% of the time it won’t please fix it

Feature Improvement
Please make it available in such a way that, JBL PartyBoost and JBL Connect+ speakers can connect with each other. It’s such a bummer that the Original Boombox can’t connect with the newer speakers. This is an ideal need at party scenarios. Is there any concern about the investment of customers ? This rises questions if customers want to continue with your brand. I surely would not ! Improve this feature and save loads of customers !
