Pretty useless
Really doesn’t work for me at all, images don’t load and it doesn’t let you replace them, everything is extremely buggy to the point I can’t do anything. Really disappointing.

They make fraudulent deductions from your account
Jetpack made a fraudulent deduction of £229 from my account and there is zero customer support to resolve this.
It’s ok
I use wordpress.com for my website for a few years. Their support is good, but please get rid of the ‘local changes’ function inside the app. It completely screws up the articles sometimes, and it has even turned published post back to draft posts for both me and my partner. Why can’t it just sync immediately without having to pick versions all the time? If you’re working from multiple devices, I would use the website itself.
Extremely buggy
I do my headings and important points in blue, go back to edit and random words and letters will be in white. Hit return after a heading and it’s still a heading. Publish a post and you’ll find it in drafts and have to publish it again, that happens randomly so always check it has published. It objects to the word ‘we’ regularly and suggests that I change it to either ‘we’ or random words beginning with w that make no grammatical sense. Suddenly it’s objecting to other perfectly normal, correctly spelt words. It’s annoying and needs polishing up. Wordpress was far better.
Terrible
I used Wordpress for my blogging which I liked as I could easily upload my articles from the app. Since this Jetpack switch it’s been awful, doesn’t work. Shame as I liked Wordpress. I just would like to use Wordpress to read other blogs. Please could this be fixed as I miss Wordpress on my iPhone? Can we not use Wordpress without the useless Jetpack app?
Very unstable
Jetpack is a constant series of failures, freezes and glitches. Right now I’m locked out of a post that should have gone out today. This is in addition to the relatively recent removal of useful editing tools. Not recommended.
Almost unusable
Despite numerous call outs to Wordpress support, this app continues to disappoint. Buggy, slow, constantly stalling, no solutions have been offered by the makers, other than it seems to be a huge drain on your device memory when using, which, more than once, it was claimed updates would fix. In principle, this app should be absolutely invaluable. The interface is smooth and instinctive, and it’s clear a lot of thought has gone into it. In practice, it’s a nightmare to use on both iPad and iPhone, and I’m at a loss to understand why. Could it be a plug-in conflict? Could it be that Jetpack works better if you host your site with Wordpress? Whatever the reasons, this is such a disappointment, and I’m at a loss to understand why the developers haven’t deep dived into issues raised by paying users to try and address concerns. I keep hoping that with every upgrade they’ll sort the basic problem of crashes and stalls. With every upgrade, they get worse. Please sort this. There’s a great app here, but it has some fundamental issues for some users that need to be addressed. Thank you
Weird!
Downloaded the app. I assumed it would add some thing logging on to the admin page could not offer. Could not find my site. I used every combination of variations on my url. It seems to want to sell me a site and could not log on to my existing site. That requires my login name and password. These were not asked for. Deleted it after 20 minutes of cursing. Useless.
Waste of time.
A truly awful experience No support unless you buy the full version, app crashes before you can buy the full version. Pointless and futile
Very frustrating
It worked to start with and now it just hangs most of the time . Needs to be sorted - don’t waste your time if you don’t have it already
