Terrible company. Avoid.
Chargers broken, app nonfunctional, customer service “transferred” me, and by that I mean I contacted the right department, was told it was the wrong one, and then was put on hold for 30 min before I just hung up. Insane. Do not use.
Bad
App throwing errors in the middle of the sign-up process. Absurdly bad.
Truly horrible app/EV charging company
These chargers are in my building and the only way to use them is to log into this app every time and then it almost never works. Particularly bad the last few days, but always awful. Why don’t the developers care about customer service at all?

App is terrible, you can track your charge and it is not user friendly. Be more like charge point.
Very Unstable
Every since the 2023 migration this app has been extremely unstable. At times it sends error codes 401, or I have to continuously delete and reinstall app. Customer service is non responsive and it’s a shame how terrible this app is performing in the EV charging space!

Got migrated to the new app and can’t set time of day usage
Can’t log in
Doesn’t work, can’t log in, so you can’t charge. Sell your business to someone competent if you can’t make it work.
