Horrific App
Going on 2 months now with all funds frozen and absolutely no option to move them out of the account or access them in anyway. No clear timeline from customer support, if a bank that offered the ability to receive your direct deposit had an issue like this they would be shut down immediately. Holding customer funds for 2 months is disgusting and I am horrified that this could even occur in 2024. Give us our money back before you incur more legal problems than you already have. You are probably just trying to use all the stolen money to do something else shady to keep your half baked service alive. Give it up and give us our money back.

Hey Winthrorp, how’s the Orange Crop Report looking? Don’t worry Mortimer, Beeks is on top of it! I feel like Billy Ray, I have absolutely no idea what T-Bills are. I really hope Winthorpe approves me. Otherwise, how will I get my money? White Collar Crime. We need to start filling up our prisons with White Collar Scum, and let the drug dealers do what they want.
Don’t get this app
If zero starts was an option…
This app has thousands of mine locked with no updates, or access. They will respond to this rating with a generic response. I will be withdrawing everything if I ever have an opportunity and never using or recommending this to anyone ever. Perhaps someone should start a class action lawsuit. I will be looking into it.
Funds still locked
If juno ever unlocks these funds, there will be a mass exodus off this app. Stay away.
Currently, funds are trapped
We do not have access to our money, before this, app was really good, I will continue to use them when this is resolved, but I will never keep money on this platform, regardless of FDIC insurance. I feel so bad for people that had significant funds with Juno’s banking service.
Juno is a SCAM
Accounts frozen for over a month. They advertised their accounts to be FDIC insured. Yet, we don’t have access to our funds. Now Juno says: “Juno is a financial technology company, not a bank.” Beware and stay away. I hope Apple bans these fraudulent scam artists.
Avoid like the plague!
Juno makes commission from crypto buy and sell transactions and because of this commission, even thou they are aware that all their customer accounts are frozen, they still have the option to sell crypto to fiat enabled and all the proceed from the crypto sell goes directly to the frozen account. This is unconscionable and reprehensible.
Not safe
I put my life savings here assuming them safe custodians and trusting them with their claims of FDIC and SIPC insurance. In the current debacle with Synapse, none of them apply and we all might loose our saving. Using this app has been the worst decision of my life.
