Ik vind dit echt een fantastische app. Je heb verschillende trainingen die je aan kan passen met spring oefeningen of zonder. Ook kan je een eigen training aanmaken met behulp van hun bestaande oefeningen. Ook vind ik het aftellen en de coach heel erg prettig en motiverend. Een echte aanrader voor een ieder die thuis aan hun figuur willen werken
