Keelo - The ultimate fitness app

This app is seriously amazing! I'm really into CrossFit-style training and this app has been a game-changer for me. What I love most about Keelo is how challenging and effective the workouts are, but they're still tailored to my fitness level. I never feel like I'm overdoing it or risking injury. Plus, the interface is so easy to use and navigate. I never find myself confused about what to do next. The Keelo community is also great. It's so cool to connect with other Keelo users, share progress, and even compete in challenges and workouts. It's definitely motivating to see how I'm doing compared to others! Overall, I highly recommend Keelo to anyone looking to get fit and strong with CrossFit-style workouts. It's an amazing app and I hope the owners keep updating and improving it!

Used to be the best app for CrossFit style workouts but now no updates

I have been a dedicated user of Keelo for nearly 4 years now, logging over 3800 workouts. I am however getting very concerned that the app has not been updated in a long long time, with your social media page inactive since 2021. Is keelo still updating and supporting the app? I really value the programmed CrossFit style training format that integrates with apple health. I do not want to be forced to switch to another app due to lack of support

Great app. Too expensive. Not sure the 20% price increase in subscription is justified during a cost-of-living crisis.

This is an excellent app. Great, short, varied workouts which can easily fit into a busy day. Set yourself up (for me ‘beginner’ level) and off you go. As you improve the app tracks your progress and on reaching appropriate performance recommends upping your level (I am now ‘experienced’). When the level is increased so the challenge of the workouts is increased. All exercises have clear videos to remind you of form etc. Body area exercise maps allow you to make sure that you give all areas a workout over time. You can even hitch up your HR monitor! Great for those of us who do not have an in depth knowledge of exercise physiology, gym workouts etc. (probably still great if you do).

Great App, I love the variety of daily exercises, particularly the conditioning sessions, it takes away the need for you to think about what training you’ll day everyday. I travel quite a lot so the function to change what pieces of exercise equipment are available to you is very useful for me. I’m currently locked down with limited fitness equipment, but this app is helping me make full use of what I have available.

Hands down the best fitness app I’ve ever used.

Perfect fitness app. Great challenging workouts with no equipment or with a full gym

No delete account option.

Why are there so many mobile apps without the option to delete the profile? Is it so hard to implement? It really pisses people off that they have to send emails and what not in order to chase you up to delete an account. It could be as easy as pressing a button in the app. You just think what’s better for you, not for your users. I just installed the app, didn’t like it and wanted to delete my profile.

Great for motivation

I’ve found this app very motivational as 1) it creates tailored a programme; and 2) its clever algorithm means a huge amount of variety between daily workouts. I can think of only a few enhancements eg ability to see what workouts are coming up or strength and fitness progress tracking, however these are minor tweaks when considered against the overall quality of the app. Hence 5 stars
