Keep It is notebook and organizer, ideal for writing notes, saving web links, storing documents, images or any kind of file, and finding them again.

Available on iPhone and iPad, and a separate app for Mac, changes are automatically made available across all your devices with iCloud. Keep It is the destination for all those things you want to put somewhere, confident you will find them again later.

Create, edit, view and save:

• Notes with styles, checklists and attachments that look good and read well on all your devices
• Web links with live previews, or saved as PDFs for offline viewing
• Rich and plain text files, and Markdown documents
• Annotate PDF documents and images
• Add any other kind of file, and see previews for most images, documents, web pages, and more
• See summaries and thumbnails in the list for most files
• Use icon view for browsing items by their thumbnails
• Use the Recents list to see things you’ve added or viewed lately
• Share folders and items with other Keep It users via iCloud
• Open multiple windows on iPadOS

Organize:

• Folders let you organise things hierarchically — select a folder to see everything it and its subfolders contain
• Use bundles to gather items into one place — items can be in more than one bundle at a time
• Use labels to color-code items for quick visual recognition
• Add searchable tags and comments
• Make items favorites and drag lists to the Favorites Bar for quick access

Search and Filter:

• Search everything in Keep It: names, tags, file contents, dates, kinds and more
• Text recognition for scanned documents and images
• Create saved searches that match items against a set of rules
• Use keywords and natural language for dates while searching
• Use the Tag Filter to see all items with a tag and any other relevant tags; choose another tag to drill down further

Use Keep It with other apps:

• Works with the Files app
• Share extension can add links, text, images and other files, and append text to notes from within other apps
• Save and open documents in other apps
• Automate tasks with the Shortcuts app

SUBSCRIPTIONS
Use of Keep It Mobile requires a paid subscription that you can purchase in the app.

A choice of either a monthly or yearly subscription is available, and these include a free trial.

Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account following the free trial, unless you cancel the subscription at least 24-hours before the end of the trial period.

The subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

Your iTunes Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.

Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Tolle App aber…

..warum keine Synchronisation über das iCloud Drive? Ich muss zwingend unter Windows auf meine Notizen zugreifen können. So nutzt die sehr schön gemachte App mir leider nichts.

Doppeltes Abo-Modell

Unterschiedliche Abo-Modelle für ios und Mac? Was soll denn das? Tolle Software, aber aufgrund des Abo-Modells keine Option für mich. Sorry!

Nicht ausgereift - Notizen werden nicht gefunden, einfach gelöscht oder gar nicht abgespeichert

Zudem gesellen sich noch regelmäßige Abstürze… Support antwortet leider auch nicht. Der Funktionsumfang an sich ist gut - da wurde ja schon genug zu geschrieben. Wenn die Fehler alle behoben sind, gibt es volle Punkte.

Bitte fügt noch Notizen mit dem Apple Pen hinzu

Die App ist großartig, das einzige Feature was ich mir noch wünschen würde, wäre die Möglich mit dem Appel Pencil in die Notizen malen zu können.

Perfekt als Dateiablageort und digitales Gedächtnis

Ich liebe diese App. Keep It integriert sich sehr gut ins system von MacOS und iOS, wirkt dabei nicht aufdringlich und zugleich sehr durchdacht. Es deckt eine sehr breite Aufgaben- und Funktionspalette ab, die kaum wünsche offen lässt. Was ich mir lediglich noch wünsche, wäre eine bessere Markup und highlighting Funktion. Diese ist zwar vorhanden, jedoch ist ihre Bedienung manchmal etwas schwermütig und unresponsive. Was mir besonders gut gefällt: Der Entwickler bringt sehr regelmäßig Updates heraus und kümmert sich um die Perfektion dieser app. Ich kann mir meinen Arbeitsalltag als Lehrkraft ohne Keep It nicht mehr vorstellen. Keep up the good work!

Dokumente perfekt organisiert

Ich organisiere alle persönlichen Dokumente mit dieser App. Während man auf dem Mac zur Not mit Tags und Spotlight noch irgendwie hinkäme, sind die perfekte Synchronisation der Struktur und die (Volltext)-Suchmöglichkeiten von KeepIt auf dem iPhone Gold wert. Besonders wertvoll sind die beständigen Bugfixes des Entwicklers: Plötzlich crasht die App direkt beim Start -> ich lasse sie 25 mal hintereinander crashen damit es in den Logs auftaucht -> wenige Tage später kommt ein Update und alles geht wieder.

Good potential, but bugy

I really like the general look and feel of the app. Unfortunately I am experiencing bugs on a regular basis. As an example I am not able to rename an item without crashing the app. Also I did not find a way to easily see which items belongs to which bundle, when I am in the „All Items“ list. Happy to check the app out again in a few weeks, but at the moment I will switch to something else.

Leider nur englisch

Leider läuft die App nur auf Englisch. Außerdem muss ich die kompletten Dateien einlesen und kopieren oder bewegen. Bei anderen Programmen kann ich Links zum Dateipfad indizieren, ohne dass die Dokumente bewegt werden oder sogar doppelt vorliegen. Schade!

But also Abo möglich 👎

Die App sieht auf den Screenshots echt gut aus. Leider ist die Nutzung nur mit Abschließen eines Abos möglich. Bei sowas bin ich - besonders bei einem Notizblock - raus! Ich bezahle gerne einen höheren einmaligen Betrag aber nachher 1000 Abos auf iOS, MacOS und Co zu haben geht gar nicht.

Funktionsriese aber Stabilitätszwerg

Ich habe bislang wirklich viele wenn nicht sogar alle Notiz-Apps testen können. Keep-It kommt im Vergleich meinem Wunsch-Notiztool am nächsten. Leider musste ich aber bei den ersten Tests schon sehr viele Crashes feststellen. - Beim Löschen einer Notiz - Beim Snychronisieren - Beim Bearbeiten Auch gibts es noch viele kleine Bugs, welche für sich nicht schlimm sind, aber in Gänze leider sehr nervig sind und das gewünschte fokussierte Arbeiten nicht ermöglichen. Das ist schade.
