Changed key file but does not have ability to assign one. You import and can see the file but tapping on it does nothing. Nothing in documentation for it either. Shame used it for years and payed for the app. Now its just sitting in my phone wasting space.
Dear developers, I paid my £1.99 to get autofill and ad free, and I got a pop up saying you’re all set - your purchase was successful. And under the autofill &remove ads in settings, it says “Purchased”. But when I tap on that setting, it asks me to pay again. So I tried that and it then said that I’d already purchased this and would I like it again for free? Also, on entering the password database, there is no autofill option. I’m running on iOS/ipados 17.5, iPhone 15 pro max, iPad Pro 12.9” 2017. I’ve tried rebooting the devices, but it makes no difference. Please help!
I have used this app for a couple of years now and find it faultless with a logical GUI. Sad to hear it’s not paying its way because it integrates brilliantly with cloud storage and Windows KeePass on other computers, keeping everything in sync. It deserves longevity.
I use a key file, but it does not tell me how to use one. I put it in the same folder as the database, same file name but with .key or .keyx but the app can’t find it. No instructions or help whatsoever. I understand it’s not well supported financially, but some help or instructions would be nice.
This app is exactly what I was looking for. It has great features and everything works perfectly. I’ve contacted support in the past and they have been very helpful and supportive. Thank you!
One drive sync no longer works
Great password manager that I’ve been using for ages. Doesn’t cost much to get rid of the ads and well worth doing. Syncs flawlessly with Dropbox so I can use it on my phone and iPad, and can use the desktop version on my PC.
This used to work well and I happily paid for it. However syncing with Dropbox no longer works so it is useless for me. Hopefully the developers can fix this. I’m now using an alternative app which does work correctly.
Love(d) this app. However OneDrive sync has not been that unreliable and now broken it seems. Please fix!!
I’ve been using this app for the past 5 years It’s a great way to keep track of passwords and any confidential information e.g. bank account details. I run it across my iPad, iPhone and Windows PC’s using One Drive to backup the files. Not 5 stars as the auto replicate using OneDrive is a bit flaky when you have Touch ID enabled. I end up having to manually upload the files from my iPad but my iPhone works fine (as does my PC)
