My keeper vault was accidentally erased. Contacted Keeper Support online who immediately advised that a support member would contact me back and gave approx timeframe, which was kept to. The support member provided easy to follow instructions to rectify issue. Very happy with the service provided!
Then you get continuous pop ups and the inability to edit/remove any of your existing information stored within the app (which in itself is unsafe!! Also, again unless I commit to paying the £*** a year, I can’t add any new passwords.
Horrible app don’t use to store any passwords unless you want to lose them all or don’t mind paying £40 to get them back
Works flawlessly on multiple devices and best on iPhone
Great piece of software and have used it for ages now Keep up the good work with the mods and updates keep these hackers at bay.
Like the app and I trust it's security but its not cheap. Never had any probs retrieving info so its also an excellent 'safe place' for data and stuff.
After years of use, this app proved to me why I don’t like to update apps. You can no longer create or edit passwords without paying for a subscription. I will be looking for an alternative password keeper.
The new version of Keeper has made my life so easy and given me peace of mind
I use it every day to check my bank details, login passwords etc. Very useful and secure. I highly recommend it.
After years of successfully using this app, the recent update reopened with lost files and of course although apparently you can continue to use it free it costs to get support! What terrible service after many years and nearly all my files missing! Lesson learned. Not recommend unless you can afford to pay the high subscription fee. Very disappointed in keeper. Please pay attention to your reviews!
