## KENWOOD DASH CAM MANAGER Reviews in United States

### *---- "Horrible camera, horrible app"
Camera design is horrible. App design is horrible. Camera hasn’t worked since I got it installed. And I can’t even get a KENWOOD representative on the phone. So, I’m out almost $550 for the camera + install of something that doesn’t work and has wasted so much time of my time.
-- Kris7135, 2025-08-09

### *---- "Wow. Unusable."
Completely unusable. Dash cam connects. You can configure it, but videos DO NOT play. If you download the video you have maybe a 10% chance it will play. Otherwise it just does nothing but sit there. Pure junk.
-- AvedisWolf, 2025-07-03

### *---- "Garbage app"
Good luck getting any files off of the dashcam with the app. It’s slow, it constantly loads, and randomly disconnects. I love the dashcam, but the app is such a hassle. I’m bummed that despite all of the reviews noting how bad it is, they haven’t fixed the problems that have persisted for years.
-- Amburritoooo, 2025-04-21

### *---- "trash"
this is the worst app and dashcam ever it never wants to stay connected while i download videos
-- J.cking, 2025-04-19

### *---- "No comprar"
De lo peor.
-- valequeso, 2025-03-30

### **--- "Lump App"
I can watch the display change on the cam to “ connected “ and see my Phone Wi-Fi change to cam as hotspot. Then after a minute, failed to connect displays. Tried to update firmware via SD and prompts didn’t materialize. So it’s pop out card if I want to see anything.
-- Jrkyapprevu, 2025-03-23

### *---- "High Priced “Cheap Product”"
Does not function properly. App is no help. Constant difficulties connecting; doesn’t respond. No remedy, no help. Do not buy KENWOOD dash cam, is a piece of junk, built like a plastic cheap toy.
-- Chick53, 2025-03-06

### *---- "Trash App"
Doesn’t even connect to dashcam
-- zMiNdHaCkEr, 2025-03-02

### **--- "Software issues"
I purchased the kenwood dashcam over 2 months ago and streaming did not work on iOS 18+. I was told that kenwood was aware of the issue and a fix was coming. It is still not fixed and there has been no update to the app in 3 months. The dash cam is great but the software leaves a lot to be desired.
-- mrobinson108, 2025-02-15

### *---- "Worst App On The Planet"
Thank goodness the camera itself is excellent, because this app is horrible. I cannot connect my iPhone to the camera without disabling Apple Car Play. The app’s connection to the camera is flaky at best. If I had it all to do over again, I would buy a different brand of camera just based on the worthless app.
