honestly, I have to give this app one star because that’s the lowest I can give it but if I could, I would give it zero stars because this app has not worked on iPhone in three years. Works just fine on any android phone, but on iPhone it will not connect to any of the files on the camera.. The app has not been updated in order for iPhone to work.. app needs an immediate update so I can access files on my dash camera on my iPhone which I have not been able to do in three years not on my 13 Pro Max not on my 14 Pro Max and not on my 15 Pro Max. If this app does not work with iPhone, it needs to be taken off of the Apple App Store.. or needs an immediate update

The camera itself is ok, but the app is straight garbage holy Jesus Christ, whoever designed and developed the app needs to be fired. The app is not usable and not intuitive AT ALL. Returned my KENWOOD dash cam and will never buy this garbage again. Too bad 1 star is the lowest rating I’d give it 0 if I could

What a joke! The dashcam shows device connected. But I can’t view videos or change settings! I am so livid! Never buying KENWOOD again! What the actual F? DO NOT BUY KENWOOD!

This app is seriously not user friendly. After I connect it to the phone and try to view videos. Takes forever to load the settings. Still can’t access the files. I just got this camera and download the app yesterday. I will return this product.

Dashcam is dope and the app is alright. Time consuming to download videos to my phone but main reason I’m reviewing is because my audio on the app randomly stopped working. Was working one clip and I switched to another and it never turned on again. The dashcam picks up the audio but app won’t. Maybe someone can help me on what to do?

I’ve always bought KENWOOD/Alpine stereo equipment. But I came up in the 1980s. The japanese make above excellent products. I believe they were bought by Imperial ex mix warfare CCP. Since their products got sold or intellectually stolen, they started out as the gold of the industry to the lead of the industry, thieving on both sides. That’s not fair trade. This will be the last I invest in foregn tech. For Good. I can now make my own electronic products that bypass normal means of long distance communican, entirely legal under current law, without any sort of liscence. And no, it’s not Native American smoke signals, but using the earths innate properties. Think Nikolai Tesla. It’s open source now and very much a 110 yr old tech. If you reaserch and succeed, we will decentralize and conquer centralized power and shut down centralized electricity and power, thereby the mega corps who threaten humanity and to enslave them. Techs like this are all over. Start at the website “Instructables” but don’t stick to just one source. “my people perish for a lack of knowledge”. Use their prison to enslave those who seek to enslave others: “The first shall be last, and the last first”…..

Zero support. Has never worked as advertised. Can not connect to phone. Can not get images or video wirelessly to phone. Can not even take the memory card and get video to a computer. Cmon kenwood youve been around for over almost a decade ? Fix your stuff. Or go out of business. Ripping people off. All these fet is terrible reviews and zero help

I have an iPhone 13 Pro with iOS 17 and I had zero issues downloading and using the app. Like another review said, turn OFF your Cellular and Bluetooth, and turn ON your WiFi. The app lets your watch any videos instantly, plus it lets you save them in the app and to your phone. Took me 60 seconds using the app to find and download my accident video from the camera to my photo album on my phone. The video download takes multiple steps which can be a pain, but we we talking a few extra taps of your finger than might have been necessary. It is pretty simple, straightforward stuff. If you have any issues, the manual can be downloaded online for free. I would rate this app 4.5/5. Camera is also 4.5/5.

How can you have an app that hasn’t been updated in 2 YEARS. As fast as technology is advancing and you don’t care to update your app. Have you tried to use it it doesn’t work it will not stay connected. Not at all.
