Will not allow me to sign up
The app has English and Thai, so that’s good… but it will not accept my passport number, therefore, I cannot create an account. I wanted to use it to ship COD… but it would not work.

If you want to contact it’s not in English. A total failure

Foreigners can’t request a pickup?
No option for status update notifications
Although the app description states that it will provide updates on package shipments, there is no option for that. Attempting to sign up through the app fails with a 500 error.
อัพเดทแล้วควรดีขึ้น ไม่ใช่แย่ลง
คือ พอ scan QR มันจะขึ้นเป็นเลข id ของผู้รับ ไม่ใช่ tracking number, เพื่อ?? และ QR ก็ควรมี link ที่ scan แล้ว เด้งไปที่หน้าเพจ tracking เลยสิ ไม่ใช่ขึ้นมาเป็นแค่ รหัส แล้วให้ copy-paste ไปใส่เอง คนรุ่นแม่ แค่สอนให้เค้า scan QR ก็ยากแล้วครับ ทำคนแก่ซึมเศร้า บาปยิ่งนัก

บริการช้ามาก ระบบการเรียกเบอร์ก็ใช้ปากตะโกนในห้องเล็กๆ นั่งได้ประมาน10คนส่วนคนที่เข้าห้องไม่ได้ก็นั่งรอข้างนอกไม่มีระบบการเรียกที่ได้ยินอย่างทั่วขึ้น พนักงานทำงานชักช้ามัวแต่คุยกัน มี3 เคาน์เตอร์ทำงาน 2 คน อีกคนมัวโทสั่งน้ำกิน โปรดดำเนินการแก้ไข ลูกค้าไม่ใช่ควาย ปล่อยให้รอแบบเลื่อนลอยอนาถา ถ้าไม่มีความจำส่งของที่นี่คงไม่ใช้บริการ สถานที่บริการสกปรกถึงจะให้ถอดรองเท้าเข้าก็เถอะ สาขาหาดใหญ่ราษฎร์ยินดี ติดต่อกลับ 0898666191
