Cannot lock and unlock
Not every time success to lock and unlock, it spends me a lot of time to lock and unlock. Can you please fix the problems?
DO NOT USE
This is the worst piece of lock I have ever seen. It does EVERYTHING it does NOT claim to do AND NOTHING it claims to do. DO NOT TOUCH. Unless you want your door to unlock by a stranger while you are sleeping OR not to unlucky by YOU when you are trying to get into your own home.
Bluetooth door lock response slow
I have installed the product to a 50mm thick door while the customer support tells me that it is not possible and only support up to 44mm. I had to do a simulation to proof that it works and it did. I almost returned it to the store so your customer service rep should really do their homework. Other than that, the Bluetooth connection and command is much slower than anticipated. Adding another key over 2 needs money is not reasonable but I guess it cost money to run the backend server

Very inconsistent
I like the concept of Kevo but using it has not been smooth. Every time I access to my iPhone's Bluetooth for other gadgets, the connection with Kevo will drop even it is running in background. Imagine I'll have to restart the app everything at my doorstep. Not smooth!
The App needs to be re-open when approaching the lock
The app said it can do the unlocking even the app not running in background, but actually it doesn't work.... Moreover, the apps always shut down by itself after a while of inactive
Useless
If you like waiting 45 seconds for it to maybe connect then buy it. Or just I don’t know, use a physical key?
Meets the definition of a failure
A true dog, that hasn’t been updated in over a year. Put phone in airplane mode, then back, and the lock requires relinking. Periodically stops working and has to be relinked. Periodically forgets who I am, and have to be signed back in. Tap the lock with body turned 90-deg, wait 30-sec while the lock thinks, then won’t open. Turn just so, and then it works. Great idea, terrible technology, awful implementation. IMO the lock was a waste of $200, and the app a waste of time and source of frustration.
