Kevo

Keep getting “jammed lock” message from first installation. Have followed all instructions and searched extensively online for a solution. Nothing works. This product has not only been a waste of my hard earned money, but also a waste of hours of my life trying to problem solve a fault that should never have existed in the first place. Don’t waste your own time and money like I did.

Love it but finding it difficult to connect to our kevo plus

I love my kevo lock.

It never finds the connection although I stand right in front of it. Other times it locks while my phone is in the car. It's faster to lock and unlock the door with a normal jet than with that "thing" my husband has no problems with it (so he says)

The app controls the lock but the lock does what it wants, when it wants. Walk past it, it locks. Sneeze near it, it unlocks. Walk up to it to actually unlock it and the app crashes, leaving you locked out! Great idea. Just needs better software.

This key was easy to install and the software easy to setup and use. Awesome product and highly recommended to secure your property, but with easy access

If you like waiting 45 seconds for it to maybe connect then buy it. Or just I don’t know, use a physical key?

A true dog, that hasn’t been updated in over a year. Put phone in airplane mode, then back, and the lock requires relinking. Periodically stops working and has to be relinked. Periodically forgets who I am, and have to be signed back in. Tap the lock with body turned 90-deg, wait 30-sec while the lock thinks, then won’t open. Turn just so, and then it works. Great idea, terrible technology, awful implementation. IMO the lock was a waste of $200, and the app a waste of time and source of frustration.

Love the app the only thing I wish it could be sync to the I watch as well
