Lock and unlock is a little bit slow and today I can't lock the door because the app is updating The door should be able to lock it self every time I close it And I should be able to give the key for some people for a few days when I lend my room to AirBNB I want to give the key to my mate every friday 13:00-15:00 for cleaning

very slow app, Since start app till search for locker. it use around 30 sec for launch landing page and 30 sec for search locker. So u need more than 1 min to open the door. i think many rouge do better. if your developer not improve app's performance. absolutely sure i will never more buy and use it.

The app won't open the lock after a few months of use. This brand is junk. The lock doesn't function well since day one. If you consider buying an automatic lock, do not buy this brand.

out of nowhere just stopped working completely. thought it was just a battery issue and changed out all 4 batteries with fresh ones. still not working. tried to reset it and nothing happens. the lights on the deadbolt don't flash anymore and our phones cannot recognize/connect to it via bluetooth. And pairing doesn't even work either. pressing the "program" button does nothing, but make a beep. the app instructs you to press that button and have phone nearby to connect but nothing happens. what gives?! this thing doesn't work anymore and customer support basically told us there's nothing they can do. smh. one of the worst products we've ever bought, unfortunately. we're back to old school using physical keys.

The kevo is not worth the money to Install I have to replace the battery almost every 4 months no matter how often - or NOT that we use the access.

Can't open from Any where can't get Internet?
