Bad service and no call center
Bad service the maid broke my mirror expensive table and they didn’t give me any money for that
The app company is horrible
I wont even mention the customer service due to the nonexistent of it and actually the non existent service in which ull pay and for hours no one shows up while you try calling them but talking to a wall has better response and just when ur about to report the police they call to tell you postpone your order or cancel which will take more days to refund.
Avoid this company
Charged me for multiple bookings that no showed and cancelled. Refused refunds. Straight up kept my money and service that never happened twice.

Worst home services app ive used
This app has the worst and most unreliable suppliers i’ve dealt with. You cant even contact rizek to submit a complain. Im not sure how this app is still running
Not answering the phone.
I tried to change the hero choice from man to a woman, I couldn’t. I tried to call Rizek or the Assigned hero. No one’s answering.
