I booked a massage through the app, after getting assigned a masseuse with a 2 stars rating i called them and said that I wouldn’t take a 2 stars service (especially for the price i paid, 315 aed for 60 mins) but they assured me that the service will be good and that it had nothing to do with the rating. I said okay, and gave it a chance. But the massage was so bad, like really bad. I will never use rizek again for a service, uninstalled the app and will never download it again.
Horrible service
The cleaner came with an attitude and pretending she doesn’t understand anything I ask het to do! To top that she clogged both bathrooms by deciding empty the hoover waste and balcony dust in the toilet and then after 6 hours and 10 calls the company respond you have to wait till tomorrow morning to send you a plumber… seriously!!
Pcr booking was an hour late
Scheduled 10:00am - 11:00am came 12:00pm

Don’t use the app . Did not send the results and are not answering the calls to refund . They will steel your money . They should be removed from the App Store
