Rude call center

They were good and now after three years of using they are the worst and the call center are very rude I deleted the app and shifted to another one which is more professional and * less price * And i told my friends to do the same

Worst service and customer service ever

They don’t arrive on time, and they don’t clean properly

Scam

Turned to SCAM They got the money without doing the service and no answers from them via phone or email with no refund.

WORST COMPANY EVER

I had a booking set 4:30-05:00 and due to an emergency i couldnt reach home on time. I tried calling the customer experience number but its busy ALL THE WAY, i sent an email no one reached me as well. I was at home 5:17 and no one was waiting there. At 6:00pm 3 heros reached and i asked them if they are will to start now, they said yes and 30 minutes later they said we are leaving NOW!!

Bad customer service

No customer care number to call They won’t reply to emails or instagram messages Wasted money for 2 services

This app is a scam

I had a booking with them that they did not show up to and they are unreachable on the phone or on email and i am still chasing them to get a refund and they have not responded since.

DON’T DOWNLOAD THIS APP NOR PURCHASE FROM IT. This app is literally a scam. I would rate it 0 stars if I could. They used to be so good, but how they are just stealing money from people. I ordered a service and they deducted 180 dirhams from my bank account. On the day, they did not assign a “””hero””” to come provide my service nor did they SHOW UP. I have been trying to call their customer service and text them repeatedly - every time I call there’s an automated voice saying that the user is busy & unable to take calls due to influx of calls…. aka a lie. I hope this app gets taken down so that they stop scamming people do their money. I reported this to the dubai customer rights and am waiting on a response.

Horrible cleaning

I booked with them the first time and the cleaner was horrible, no professional at all and left the place worse than it was, i gave them a second chance after they promised they will send another cleaner that’s better but still she was very bad I don’t advise anyone to use this app It’s a waste of money and time

Crap

I booked a cleaning service at a certain time. They called offering later hours due to lack of available cleaners which I refused. I asked the caller to cancel the booking if the time I booked is not possible. After few mins my credit card was charged with the full amount and they called again offered the same later hours! Now I have to wait for 2-14 days to get the charged amount back! Terrible experience!!! Will delete the app.

Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star

I’ve rescheduled the same booking 3 times because no one arrived. The opened time slots in the app aren’t even accurate in their availability. Overall horrendous experience with them.
