The app doesn’t allow you to cancel or edit dates/times/cleaner when you’re making a bulk booking So if you want to go from 3 hours to 2, or change the time you have to get customer service to cancel, then rebook and mention the cleaner and hope for the best The chat function is also lacking, so it’s not easy speaking to customer service when you’re in and out of the app or looking for booking details But the price is good and customer service and cleaning ladies are good

Price went up but the quality did not

Don’t use Rizek. Absolutely terrible company. I booked a PCR test with them in December 2021 and paid extra to have the results quicker. Not only did they exceed the time, I have now been waiting 3 whole months for a refund of AED 250. I have been following up every single week with their team and still nothing. So unprofessional.

Wasted 2 hours waiting for nurse to arrive. Lied and said they came my hotel . No attempt to contact me and didn’t answer my 10+ calls AVOID THIS COMPANY

We ordered three urgent PCR tests for which the same day for which no one turned up and we had to rush to find an alternative so we didn’t miss our flights. We were promised a refund within 10 to 14 days one month later after three emails and numerous phone calls. We still do not have a refund and whenever we speak to customer services no one returns our calls when they say they will do once reviewing the case. We are still waiting for refund today.

Ordered my fast 4 hour pcr at 8am to come from 1-2pm. As 2pm came I called their hotline over 20 times and got no response, I later received a call at 3pm that my pcr would be rescheduled because they’re busy and the earliest appointment would be at 5-6pm, I told the man that I had paid 700le extra for a fast pcr so the least they could do is return that 700le difference as the man coming to do the pcr is arriving at the time I expected my results and I was rudely shut down and told that it doesn’t matter. After all that the man who came to do the pcr came at 6:30pm and told me I’d be expecting my results in 24 hours (mind you the 24 hour results cost 500 le and I had paid for the 4 hours results which cost 1200 le) Ridiculous and an absolute rip off!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The number of services they have are great but twice I’ve been offered a time for booking that they could not meet. That means plans are cancelled and you left waiting around for them to become available. If they can’t make sure their booking is accurate and reliable, don’t offer a timed booking service.

This is one of the most unprofessional app that I have ever came across. Their customer service are absolutely appalling. You cannot speak to any of the managers to discuss cancellation service or discuss any issues. They always cancel the service without any reason at the last minute and they always deliver their service late. I hope App Store they will look into this app, as it’s ruining its reputation. My experience with them several times are absolutely disgraceful. This is one of the services that make your life more difficult then being easy. Using this app make me feel upset angry stressed and I would never recommend it.I would definitely write them one star out of five.

Do not use for PCR TEST. They’re are unreliable and make false promises.
