I love the app concept but this app is not user friendly. Poshmark is much easier to use and has better function. I just wanna use this app for kids clothes with Poshmark function. My complaints are 1. Not great cancel function. I had an experience that the seller hadn’t ship for two weeks and I canceled the purchase. But the seller could sell and, of course, payment was happen. The seller missed one item of my perchase and both of us, seller and I, contacted support. Then the seller could change the total cost by herself as she wanted even the calculation was incorrect. As a result, I needed to paid more than what I received. I never agreed the changed price. How could this happen? Easy to use for fraud. We need to believe seller are nice people. It’s a joke. 2. Keep having all shipping fees total even after you make bundles. I buy several clothes to reduce shipping fee rates per perchase and I need to make offer every time just for that. 3. Can’t make counter offer to offer from seller. I have no idea for this. Seems I need to wait until the offer is expired or make bundles again and make an offer? 4. Not great sort function. The favorite list doesn’t show seller names and that makes difficult to make bundles, I hope show the names or have a sort function. Bundles/Offer doesn’t show each clothes size, I think it’s important for kids clothes.

UPDATE - a response to Kidizen’s reply to my review (original review is beneath): I did NOT ship out after the buyer was refunded, I had ALREADY shipped PRIOR to the buyer being refunded. I also provided a USPS tracking number. Only USPS failed to update it promptly on their end creating a misunderstanding. This is clearly the issue I stated. Had the refund been issued prior to shipment, I would NOT have shipped the item. Your company needs to respect that once a sale has left a seller’s hands, ie dropped off at USPS, the seller has no control over USPS delays or issues with tracking updates. Kidizen blaming the seller and furthermore taking a seller’s earnings to supply a buyer’s refund WITHOUT requiring the buyer to return the shipped item back to the seller is SAD. Not refunding the seller despite seeing that the buyer has NOT returned their not-purchased (aka STOLEN) item is APPALLING. If you want to compete with other secondhand retailer apps then you seriously need to improve your customer service. Mercari has recently reintroduced zero selling fees and I’ve been using Poshmark for over a decade now without a single similar incident as this. I will continue to prefer and prioritize selling/buying via those apps over this one as a result. You have lost far more business from this seller (and likely this review) than you will have gained by not protecting a seller over a $20 single pair of toddler shoes that you refuse to account for. Original review follows: I sold a pair of my son’s shoes that I would have loved to hand down to my daughter but we really needed the money so I sold them. The “buyer” requested a refund after she had ageeed to wait for an extended shipping timeline due to some current circumstances. Once the shoes had already been successfully shipped, the buyer cancelled the order and requested a refund, as if on purpose. Her refund was granted despite my immediate communication w/ customer service the shoes had been shipped. Customer service then had me attempt to contact the buyer who went non-responsive. Customer service asked the buyer to return the item but she has not. CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS STILL NOT REFUNDED ME despite the fact that a) I never got paid for the item I sold & shipped off b) I never received my item back in return despite the buyer having received a refund/not having paid for MY SON’S shoes. I love this app. Its clean and really the best place to find the brands I like to put on my kids. Very low on scams or junk listings.

I love this app. I'm addicted. It's so easy to upload items and I sold something on the first day I uploaded something! This app is the answer to my prayers, no more second hand stores!!! It’s so easy, I do every thing right from home. I can’t say enough great things!

What a great platform to sell on!! If you run into an issue it is solved in no time at all. Its a great platform and so nice that it is dedicated to babies and momma’s. The community is wonderful and super helpful. If you have a question there is a group or person who has your answer. There are dedicated sharing groups where you share 10 of their items and they in turn share yours. All around I am enjoying selling on Kidizen!!!

This app is a great place to find quality items at bargain prices. Its easy to use if you’re a seller or buyer. The customer service is efficient and reliable. I highly recommend it.

Sellers beware. Buyer can open a case and kidizen will side with buyer without showing the seller evidence to the claim. If you want your item back, you will have to pay the original shipping and in addition, the shipping to get your item back. If you receive something other than what you send, seller is out of luck again. In addition, they deactivate your account after they refund the buyer. Worst app I have ever been on. I do not recommend Kidizen at all.

Just started today. So far I find it easy to list. I give more input in a couple of months.
