Kinder is a super simple name choosing app. Through Kinder you can quickly swipe name suggestions you like to the right and dismiss the ones you don’t like.

You get one name set for free based on your location and if you want you can easily buy additional name sets for a small fee.

You can connect to your partner to find matches. Purchased name sets will also be available for your partner.

Kinder has over 18.000 names in the library with a grand variety in origins so you can find that unique name that your child will write history with!

Irish names

Most names aren’t even actual names… also tried to filter boys names to get some inspo and names like Blathnaid coming up where that is a clear girls name.. or names like Flanagan that are clear second names.. waste of time tbh

Made up names

Paid €0.99 for the Irish name set. Half of them where random Irish words and not names at all. Apparently Banaltra is now an Irish boys name (it means nurse). Slainte (cheers) and Cailleach (witch) are not Irish names

Great idea but the names list is way off

“Irish” names need some fixing… lots of surnames, placenames and misspelling (try the CSO website)

Don’t bother paying
