The Kirkland Signature Choice app lets you control your hearing aids directly from your mobile device. Junk app

App is garbage .. don’t even waste your time to download it. It doesn’t work with the latest iOS for iPhone X .. I use the phone function itself to run them now - this app is a colossal failure .

Utter crap

Deleting this app. Useless.

Doesn’t work on iPhone XR

Upgraded my iPhone 6 to an iPhone XR and now hearing aids won’t connect or work.

Kirkland choice

This is the worst app I have used. I ungraded to an X-ray iPhone and my hearing aides cut in and out so many times I just turn off this app. You need to bring back the old app or make them use able. I am thinking I will change hearing sides when it is time for new ones. Kirkland sucks.

Nice but.....

Lots of features that are handy. However, fails to connect to my iPhone (IOS 13). Even if I collapse the app, it is difficult to reconnect. Seems others have had the same problem.

App does not work when hearing aids are connected on IPhone SE. App will not exit Demo mode even though I can use settings to make adjustments. The App worked well for a time, then stopped working. I just use the iPhone controls now. They are basic, but they work.

No longer connecting to iPhone

Since latest update from Apple, I can no longer use app, as phone will not connect to hearing aids. Not good!!!!!

This version is a dud

The old app worked fine and worked well. The new does not connect does not connect with aids.

New app

This app is frustrating to work with and 90% of the time it Does n pot connect to the hearing aid, I wish I had never download the app. It is driving me crazy to connect to my hearing aids. I would gove it not even 1 star. Useless

You must be kidding!

Absolutely ridiculous It is hard enough learning how to hear and get used to these without the additional nonsense of an up date It worked (found ) one not the other now not finding either It’s not the batteries. Frik Not as if we had any choice either
