The App resets your settings with no prompting.
While using Bluetooth for music or TV, trying to lower only the volume also changes the ambient balance to the other extreme.
We desperately require a separate selection on either earpiece for Ambient amounts from 0 to 100 % on one earpiece while the other earpiece for volume only.
Using the app for volume doesn’t work as it could be at the minimum while the earpiece is still loud. Lowering the earpiece lowers volume and ambient amount simultaneously, much to my annoyance.
Extra programming is definitely required.
Changing app settings doesn’t last as the app resets the settings on its own to default settings every time the app is closed.
Nobody wants to keep the app open and phone ON using extra battery life for no reason.
Please change this!
Bluetooth problem
The app is great for adjusting your hearing aids and battery life but the Bluetooth has much to be desired. When using Bluetooth for any other device the connection flips off and connects to the hearing aids without warning which is shocking to say the least. A blast of music when you don’t want it is very annoying.
You have the details of what is going on if you read the above paragraph !
You can send the details to whomever it shouldn’t be on me to repeat myself. You developed the app so it’s your problem.
Difficult to pair
I have had several occasions when I have had to re pair my hearing aids. Usually when getting a new phone. I have deleted the app and tried to restart again and again. Often it finds the hearing aids but neglects to find the streaming part of them. I love everything else about this app but it is frustrating to waste literally hours trying to get them paired
Doesn’t work
This app worked great on my iPhone 8plus for 4 years. Just upgraded to iPhone 13 and Bluetooth will not pair with hearing aids, Fitbit or speakers. I’ve gone through every on line fix I can find. I’m legally deaf and need this app.
Useless for managing hearing aids
While the Bluetooth connection to my iPhone works fine 9 times out of 10 the connection from the Easyline app to my hearing aids fails. So the app is broken ‘cause the Bluetooth link to everything else works fine
Can’t pair with Kirkland 10.0 aids on iPhone 13
Just upgraded to an iPhone13 and can’t get my Kirkland 10.0 hearing aids. Running iOS 16.3.1.
Anything you can do to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
iOS compatibility
When will this app support iOS 16?
Good but…
Great app when connected, but keeps disconnecting from my ear phones. So annoying and really inconvenient. I understand this is a common occurrence, can’t you fix it?
You’ve heard the critics
So address the damn problem …i.e.. FIX IT ! …. You have a lot of frustrated users who you’ve just being paid lip-service to and whose needs just aren’t being met !! …just as with the old app…!!!
Frustrated
This has to be the most frustrating app out there when it works it’s great but more often than not is is not working
Try to delete and reinstall waste of time, talked to my audiologist and even he said his no 1 complaint from customers is this app
