The app charged me twice and they didn’t respond the email.
Way too many different colour buttons and tabs, address of parking lot sometimes different to actual address. Very unintuitive and frustrating system that could be so easy.
The app goes fine at the begining- its crash and I am unable to login again after my first booking - it keeps saying invalid password, even I tried "forgot password". It happens again with my 2nd account. The worst part is I've recived nothing from the app team - they replied me once asking for the tempo pass and dissapear. How the hell this app got above 4 stars. Don't use it, honestly
Really easy to use
Has to be the worst parking app I have used.
This app doesn’t work. I got a parking fine. Now such a hassle to get it removed. Don’t use it.
signed up, booked parking, prog did not give the ticket but took the card charge. app keeps falling over with errors. can’t change or update details 1 star is the minimum possible
App didn’t work. Paid 10$ to to park at Margret St in Brisbane City. Gate did not open so turned to the app for help. There was little to no information so wasted 10$. There was no way to contact the company. Would not recommend.
I use the app most days and it would be great if I didn’t have to click so many times to start PARKing. Suggestions: 1. When opening the app each new day and if the parking time for the day before has finished/finalised, I don’t want to have to see anything about the day before, I just want to go straight to purchase a new ticket! I don’t want to have to click to acknowledge the parking from yesterday and then click through to get to get to the option of a new ticket. 2. When in the ‘new ticket’ option...The zoom on the map should default to be closer in so that I dont have to zoom in so much to click on the correct carpark pin. 3. If I only have one car rego held in the app, it should default to this. I shouldn’t have to use the scroll and select.
I find the app pretty easy to use - but could you make the default list of locations "nearby" rather than the whole country? It's a small thing but I imagine it would work with the way most people use the app (to pay for their own parking, where they are).
