Bella scoperta questa App. Dopo nottate e nottate di disturbo a mia moglie a causa del mio russamento, ho provato a cercare un rimedio "tecnologico" visto che possiedo anche Apple Watch. Ho trovato Koala Nap che penso sia l'unica del suo genere a fornire il feedback aptico in caso di rilevamento di russamento (c'è un' altra app famosa sullo store che aveva questa funzione ma l'ha disabilitata quindi fate attenzione se la acquistate per questo motivo).
Insomma russo ancora ma mia moglie riesce a dormire meglio, mi sveglia massimo 1-2 volte a notte per interrompermi rispetto a prima quando era un continuo fino a quando decideva di andare a dormire sul divano. Per me funziona alla grande, non farà miracoli ma migliora la qualità del sonno che è importantissima. Complimenti allo staff di Koala Nap!
Never realized my problem
I’ve always been told how much I snored, thanks to koala I was able to understand my problem and my doctor was even able to prescribe me the correct exam thanks to the recordings.
Great Tool
I had quite big problems with sonring, after i started using this app it helped me in reducing sonring time and trouble with my partner. I did quite e few try on the sensitivity in order to detect even small noise and with the connetiong on my watch it gives me an alert evrytime i start snoring. Great tool!
A gentle wake up
I have been using this app with my AppleWatch for ten days now.
It took me a few nights to get used to using it, but I think it’s really useful.
Moreover, I like to be woken up in a gentle way.

From 30% snoring to 3% in less than a week
I have tried the koala nap, it took me a couple of nights to understand the best parameter considering I sleep with my wife. After that I was able to understand from the report a couple of reasons on why I was snoring so much (also Apnea problems). Using absolutely inexpensive and common knowledge tricks I was able to reduce the snoring fast and consistently. You cannot act on something you cannot measure. The wrist alarm is also super effective itself, and is still helping me to reduce furthermore the snoring. Suggested and five star.
